Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel their order before the order has been fulfilled and handed over to our courier.
Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, and/or handed over to the courier for delivery, cancellation is no longer allowed.
If a customer requests cancellation after the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, the order will be considered shipped and cannot be cancelled while in transit.
If the customer refuses to accept the parcel or requests a return solely because they changed their mind after shipment, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping and return shipping costs, including the original shipping fee paid by the store, where applicable.
We accept returns/refunds for valid concerns such as:
Customers must contact us within 7 days from receipt of the order and provide the required photos/videos and order details for verification.
For approved returns due to an error or issue attributable to our store, we will arrange the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
For returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return and shipping costs, subject to our assessment and applicable law.
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the courier, please do not request cancellation through Shopify or another payment channel. If you no longer wish to receive the parcel, please contact us immediately so we can advise you on the available options.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations after the parcel has been handed over to the courier, except where the return/refund is required because of a valid issue with the product or an error attributable to the store.
