EXAMPLE: 

The customer went to buy products amounting to PHP 1,000.00 on Monday, and went back on Wednesday to buy products containing (2) Herbology Products amounting to PHP 2,000. She will be submitting a picture of her two receipts on the google submission form and it will count as a single entry.
